"Gandoum" means wheat in Persian. We specialize in preparing various types of traditional bread and sweets from the vast Central Asian region, spanning from Iran to Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and other countries in this region. Our goal is to preserve the quality and authenticity of our bread and sweets in a manner consistent with the traditional practices of the local people.
